At Smart Lanka, customer satisfaction is our priority. All appliances are carefully tested before sale.

1. 1-Month Trial (Only for Washers)
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase if the appliance does not meet expectations.

2. Return Conditions
• Product must be in the same condition as delivered
• No physical damage or misuse
• Return request must be made within 30 days
• Original accessories (if any) must be included

3. Refund Process
Once the product is inspected and approved, refunds may be issued via:
• Bank transfer
• Product exchange

Delivery charges may not be refundable depending on the situation.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if the product:
• Has physical damage
• Was misused or improperly installed
• Was repaired by unauthorized technicians
